Siri, Cortana and other Digital Assistants Fall Short in a Crisis Situation

Picture 7Susan Schreiner, a senior editor and analyst at C4 Trends, told TechNewsWorld that we are only at the beginning stages of these digital assistants being able to execute more sophisticated and nuanced tasks as work is underway to improve artificial intelligence and natural human language translated into digital speech patterns. 

She noted that Google has been working with the Mayo Clinic since 2015 to identify key phrases a smartphone user might use during a health crisis.
